Wayfair was looking to overhaul its branding from their playfully irreverent tone, to one that captured the heart and humanity in all our homes- and asked us to develop an omnichannel campaign. Our first thought? Well, no one ever says there's no place like house. And for good reason. A home is so much more than four walls and a roof, it’s where we experience every range of emotion and strive to build lives that are just right for us. So we summed this idea up with one, admittedly already famous phrase, No Place Like It.

To launch the campaign we created a series of seven spots that show a range of how we each make our homes our own. From specialized furniture for those with mobility impairments, to magically mundane moments between a mother and daughter showing off a natural hairstyle- all the way to our choice of voiceover artist, we focused on telling truly authentic stories that everyone can relate to.

Throughout the funnel, we continued to dive into the idea of home. Not the super polished idea of a “perfect” home- but exploring the honest, relatable, and smile-inducing imperfect spaces. We leaned into true customer reviews along with warm photography to celebrate the messy, clean, and everywhere in between in a sub-campaign we called “Home, unfiltered”.
